Course Description

Beingcert Certified Business Analyst covers the fundamentals of Business Analysis, including the Business Analysis Framework, the role of a Business Analyst, and the requirements Engineering process. Successful candidates will learn about the importance of business analysis and the role of a business analyst in an organization. They will gain a deep understanding of the requirements engineering process, including how to identify stakeholders and their needs, gather and manage requirements, analyze and prioritize requirements, and create and manage a requirements traceability matrix. The certification aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of Business Analysis and equip learners with the necessary skills to become successful Business Analysts in any organization.
