Course Description

Six Sigma Black Belt certification mainly focuses on testing students’ understanding of different Six Sigma tools and techniques. The key objective of this online course is to develop an adequate knowledge base that can be helpful for students to function effectively as a Six Sigma Black Belt in various projects. These tools and techniques can cover both non-quantitative and quantitative analysis and other necessary knowledge to enhance the production process. To add more, it also minimizes defects in the end product with a considerable focus on the implementation of these techniques and tools in the organization.
