Course Description

PRINCE2® (PRojects IN Controlled Environments) is a process-based practical methodology which defines transparent processes, templates and steps. Also, it lays out step-by-step guidance for project management. It covers various complementary topics such as project, programme, portfolio, and service management. It is genuinely generic and can be quickly wrapped around any delivery approach. Specifically built from widely accepted practices and can be implemented in any project regardless of type, organization or culture. Initially, it was developed by the Office of Government Commerce in the UK but is valued worldwide because of its practicality, flexibility and scalability.

It has two levels of qualification, the Foundation and the Practitioner levels. The Foundation level helps to learn the fundamentals, while the Practitioner level is for candidates looking to get in-depth refine learning before applying and tailoring PRINCE2® to a specific scenario.
